Tapioca (Sabudhana) Kitchari
A fan favorite + perfect for holy days and yogic fasting. In my book, Tapioca Kitchari is a form of comfort food!
It’s light, but filling.
The spices are not overly dominate.
And, it’s pretty easy to make 😊—but does require a little pre-planning to make since the Tapioca has to be soaked. The good thing is that the soaking process is fast and easy. So, once you have your soaked tapioca, it’s a dish you’ll have ready in less than 30 minutes.
