Won't you join me for the feast?

Often when I stop and ask myself, “What am I really hungry for?”…the answer is I’m hungry for balance…balance between work, play, exercise, diet and feeding my spirit. So how do we move towards that balance and make lasting impressions on our routine and soul?I believe self- effort has a lot to do with it, but I also think community is a big key. When we get together and are part of a group of like-minded people…the inspiration we  receive (and give) often helps fuel our own fire. And best of all, a community of like-minded seekers can represent a safe space. A safe space to be who you truly want to be, to believe that it’s possible to live the beautiful life you’ve been dreaming up for yourself so that you can grow and step into your own light. This year I'm hoping to offer several workshops that have to do with yoga, food and art. My intention for these workshops are that they are more than just a class, they are what my friends and I like to call “mind, body and soul food”Won’t you join me for one of the feasts?
